attentive staffbroken locknoisy ac
the staff were very attentive. they asked if everything was okay often. they look to have renovated recently as it seems more modern now. i last stayed some time ago.
the lock to the room was broken the first night. i got a promised upgrade with a better view when i requested a change. the new room's ac was noisy and i could not adjust it with the remote.

the receptionist was helpful the entire time i was there i found the rooms to be clean and well maintained. the bedsheets felt new. the hotel's location is convenient to many shops within walking distance.
the bathroom space was a bit tight
